Vegan Options Summary
This is a food truck permanently parked here in a parking lot just behind the gas station. They have 2 vegan plates: the veg chow mein, and the veg fried rice. Note: for those of you with sensitivities to MSG, they do use a similar ingredient in both dishes "ajinomoto". Note: Their MoMos (dumplings) are not vegan. Parking is tricky during busy times.
