Although, language is a little bit of a barrier, they state that none of their curries contain fish sauce, and that many of their vegetarian dishes can be made without egg or oyster sauce. They don't seem to understand vegan, so it's a good idea to specify no meat, fish, egg, or oyster sauce. Note most of the dishes that are listed as vegetarian contain egg and/or oyster sauce, but if you order those dishes without them, they will be vegan.
