This 100% organic vegan deli doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it has some of the best food you will find. The menu is limited, but everything is made in-house by a very friendly chef/owner who knows what he’s doing. One of his specialties is tempeh – order his TLT (tempeh, lettuce, tomato), Reuben, or his Country plate and you will know why. Kids love his homemade tofu dog and the nachos plate. He has some great raw options as well, like the sunflower cheeze collard rolls. Most everything is cooked after you order, so there is a bit of a wait. If you are up for it, try the homemade kefir. If that’s too exotic, there is a great assortment of teas and locally made beer. The ingredients are locally sourced and support sustainable farming. Everything gets recycled or composted and the place is run by renewable power.
