There are very limited vegan options. There are a couple of sides you can order like a plain baked potato or grilled or steamed veggies. They do have a couple of salads that can be made vegan, but end up being mostly lettuce by the time you veganize them. Watch out for things you think might be vegan, but they are not. The french fries are fried in beef tallow, the bread served at the table isn't vegan, and the sauteed mushrooms aren't vegan either.
