There are very limited vegan options here. Pretty much all the sauces and broths for the noodles and ramen either contain fish or meat stock. The yakisoba noodles has oyster sauce in the sauce. Your choices here might be: cold buckwheat zaru soba noodles without the zaru sauce, edamame, or sushi rolls with avocado or pickled radish (off the menu).
