There are a couple of simple vegan options here. The rice, beans, flour and corn tortillas here are vegan, so you can order tacos or burritos without the cheese and sour cream. The guacamole is not vegan, but you can ask for fresh avocado as a substitute. The chips are made by another company who just makes chips, so they are completely vegan. The salsas are vegan as well. Check to see if the orange sauce is vegan as sometimes it contains milk.
