Jay’s has some vegan options. The most popular is the vegan Philly cheesesteak sandwich made with seitan. Regular mayo and cheese come standard with the sandwiches. They do have a vegan mayo option available upon request, but they don't offer vegan cheese. French fries are served with some of the menu items, but note that they are cooked in the same fryer/oil that the chicken wings are cooked in. The seitan and other grilled items, like the mushrooms are cooked on the same grill as the regular cheesesteak. This is cash only. (They accept Apple Pay.)
