Mountain Mike's now offers vegan pizza crust. Their traditional, thin, and gluten free crusts are vegan. They offer the Mt Veggiemore pizza with mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, artichoke hearts and fresh tomatoes which is vegan if you get it without the cheese. Otherwise, you can design a pizza with your own toppings. Be sure to specify that you don't want cheese. They have a salad bar but the dressings are unconfirmed.
