This bowl and sandwich place is somewhat vegan friendly. You can customize a hot bowl (noodle, rice or spinach based) with choice of a few sauces, or go for a salad, either modifying one their larger salads, or creating your own smaller salad. Generally, only 2 substitutions are allowed. The menu has a wrap option for the salad, however it isn't clear whether the flour tortilla is vegan. (Same for the bread for the panini.) Note: some of the items like panini, croutons, and tortillas are purchased from other suppliers and don't include ingredients on the pacakging.
