Ice cream shop that is 100% vegan and gluten free. Most of the ice cream base is from cashews (sprouted and made in house), but they do make a coconut based cream as well. They sweeten their ice cream and sorbets with organic cane sugar, but they do sweetened some of their ice cream with dates. Examples of their flavors: sweet pea & mint chip, salty caramel ash, gingered golden milk, chocolate date, brown sugar vanilla, and beet strawberry rose sorbet. All the mix-ins are vegan, as well as the waffle cone (and it's gluten free.) They do ship to the lower 48 states with a 4 pint minimum.
