This is a vegan friendly restaurant/ bed and breakfast located in Tuscany about an hour from Florence. It's a rennovated farmhouse on a property with a working organic farm, with a benefit of a charging station for electric cars. Each guest room has an en suite bath, and guests have access to cooking classes and classes to learn how to make vegetable dyes from the plants and herbs grown on the property. They also offer bike and electric bicycle rentals for biking to explore the area. They do serve lunch and dinner (not included in the room rate) featuring food grown on the property.
