Known for wholesome soup and sandwiches, Erik's deli does have some vegan options. Their vegetarian vegetable soup is vegan. They have a couple of sandwiches you can modify to make vegan, and a basic house salad. Many of the breads including the 9 grain are not vegan, but standards like sourdough are.
