Traditional Buddhist vegan Vietnamese fare with soups and ready made hot bar entrees, that are mostly packed to go. There are lots of gluten based entrees in the hot bar, and they make their own tofu, soymilk and traditional desserts. Note that they do sell some items that are made by an outside 3rd party that contain egg. These items are individually wrapped and displayed on the counter, and usually labeled. It's cash only here.
