This Vietnamese restaurant is fully vegan according to the owner and says that some items are referred to/labeled as vegan, but those refer to items that are gluten free. They have a varied menu including soups, noodles, appetizers and desserts. They do have choices of tofu or veggie meats. They also make vegan pizza. If you don't want to order off the menu, they have a hot buffet bar and you get rice combo plates or get individual items by the container. The yellow noodles are eggless.
