Vegan products are on the rise at Costco. The food court now sells an acai bowl. In most of their warehouses you can find items like non GMO tofu, hummus, guacamole, pre-made deli salads, almond milk and soymilk, Dave's Killer Bread, frozen vegan burgers, apple pie, plus restaurant quality produce. They also carry pantry items like coconut oil, spices, flours, grains, and baking needs like vanilla, nuts, chocolate chips, and oatmeal. Their store brand Kirkland is moving towards vegan and cruelty free soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.
