Employee owned co-op bakery & pizzeria. They now offer vegan cheese (sourced from the Butcher's Son) and they have a gluten free crust available. Currently, one type of pizza is made daily, and the vegan version is only available if you order a whole pizza. They also have a variety of freshly baked vegan bread, many of which are baked daily. Others are baked only on specific days. There is limited seating indoors (and out), and the line is usually long.
