Casual Mexican food at the beach. There are some basic vegan dishes on the menu like sauteed veggies, tacos filled with beans, and enchiladas filled with spinach. They don't have any vegan cheese or meat substitutes, but the beans, rice and guacamole are vegan. They can modify other dishes on the menu (salads, burritos, fajitas) to make them vegan. In most cases, the veggies are cooked in butter, but they can be steamed or sauteed in vegetable oil upon request.
