This chain offers fresh Mediterranean food with a Turkish influence. The vegan options are a design your own falafel wrap or box, or an entree plate with your choice of their salads and sides. Most of their vegetarian items are vegan, with the exception of a couple of their salads that contain cheese, and their garlic yogurt sauce. They add that to everything unless you tell them to leave it off. Note: Be aware that the bread they use for the sandwich option has egg in it, and the rice with the box option has butter in it.
